
1. After receiving the order, every effort is made to ship within
24 hours. If any merchandise is temporarily out of stock, the item(s)
will be backordered and noted on the customer invoice. All backordered
merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible.
2. If for any reason a return must be made, please call us in advance.
Please include a letter explaining the problem with reference to
the invoice number and invoice date. There is a limited 30 day warranty
on all merchandise. There are NO returns, exchanges, or credits given
for an item after 30 days. After 30 days please enclose a copy of
the original invoice and $3.95 for each item returned for repair.
Any item returned for repair after 30 days without a copy of the
original invoice and without $3.95 for each returned item will not
be processed and will not be returned to the sender.
3. The minimum charge for shipping is $6.50. The standard Shipping
is UPS Ground Service.
4. All C.O.D. orders will be charged $6.00 in addition to the minimum
shipping charge.
5. Keep your invoice as a record of your purchase. It will help
answer many questions and is necessary for your income tax file.
6. All prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
7. There is a $20.00 returned check processing fee.
8. DISCOUNT: We offer dozen quantity discounts on the same item.
If you order 11 pieces of the same item you receive the 12th item
at no charge.
